Problem
An existing track, football field, and baseball field at Marmion Academy needed to be replaced during a narrow window between the end of spring and the beginning of the fall to prevent disruption of a busy athletic schedule. The renovations required site demolition, earthwork and storm sewer implementation to facilitate the construction of a new asphalt running track and synthetic turf football and baseball fields.
Solution
JKC was awarded the contract and begain mobilizing immediately following the end of the spring sports calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
JKC coordinated all work with Wight & Company and Marmion Academy to ensure smooth progress on a tight schedule so the project would be delivered on time.
Constant communication between JKC, suppliers, and other subcontractors onsite kept the project on track so the Marmion Academy student athletes could hit the ground running, and they did.
